导师在艺术类研究生思想政治教育工作中的作用

艺术类研究生思想道德素质的培养是高校艺术类研究生工作的一项重要任务。然而,当前我国高校艺术类研究生的思想政治教育工作成效还处于弱化状态,究其原因是多方面的,其中导师没有发挥应有的作用是一个重要原因。而要充分发挥导师在艺术类研究生思想政治教育工作中的作用,切实提升艺术类研究生的思想道德素质,可从以下几个方面入手:进行相应的制度设计明确导师的职责;强化导师自身的思想政治教育技能;导师应与辅导员协同育人等。
