摘要
通过对传统的人事管理与资源开发型现代化人事管理的比较,从人力资源规划、工作系统研究和人员系统研究等3方面具体阐述了人力资源开发的重要性,真正将人才作为一种资源,以“人为中心”,寻求“人”与“工作”相互适应的契合点,使“人”的发展与医院的发展有机地联系起来,突出了管理领域人性回归的思想,从而使人力资源管理理念有了更丰富的内涵。
The paper has compared the traditional personnel affairs management with modern resources opening style management methods. It sets forth those in detail that if is important to develop the human power resources from the study of resources plan, work systemand staff system. It really regards the talents as the resources, 'People as the central point', seeking for people and work s harmony. It connects with the development of people and the hospital, stresses the human nature regression ideas in the management fields. The concepts of development of human power resources have more abundant intension.
