摘要
目的 :探讨R 藻红蛋白介导的光敏反应诱导的肿瘤细胞凋亡。方法 :对培养的小鼠S180瘤细胞进行光动力治疗处理 ,通过观察DNALadders的形成和流式细胞仪分析 ,判断凋亡的发生与否。结果 :光动力治疗处理一定时间后 ,S180瘤细胞出现凋亡 ,伴有特征性的DNALadders出现 ,同时流式细胞分析可得到相应的结果。结论 :藻红蛋白是一种很有前景的光动力药物 。
Objective:To determine the apoptosis of S180 tumor cells induced by R phycoerythrin mediated photodynamic therapy. Methods: Cultured S180 tumor cells were treated with photodynamic therapy mediated by R phycoerythrin, then estimated the apoptosis by observing DNA Ladders and the cell cycles by flow metric analysis. Results: After photodynamic therapy, the S180 cells showed typical DNA Ladders and got responding results from flow cytomeric analysis. Conclusion:The photodynamic therapy mediated by R phycoerythrin,one potential novel photosensitization drug,has killed S180 cells by inducing apoptosis.
