摘要
玻璃质量的好坏主要取决于加热炉炉温的控制。本文介绍一种钢化玻璃加热控制系统的设计思想,即将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来的双模控制,经现场应用,取得了良好的效果。
The quality of the glass mainly depends on the temperature control of the furnace. A design con- cept of the temperature control system for a glass toughening furnace is introduced, in which fuzzy control is combined with PID control. Excellent control effects are obtained on site.
