速率散射比浊法测定载脂蛋白C-Ⅲ及E

Detection of apolipoprotein CⅢ and apolipoprotein E by kinetics nephelometry

目的 建立 Apo C- 及 E的速率散射比浊测定方法。方法 采用速率散射比浊法。结果 线性范围 Apo C- 0～ 2 0 8.0 mg/ L,Apo E0～ 6 8.0 mg/ L;Apo C- 和 Apo E批内变异系数分别为 1.6 7%、1.5 4 % ,回收率Apo C- 98.6 %～ 10 1.7% ,平均为 99.9% ;Apo E 98.0 %～ 10 2 .1% ,平均为 10 0 .1% ;参考值男性 Apo C- (10 7.0± 17.3) mg/ L ;Apo E(38.6 6± 8.2 4 ) mg/ L ,女性 Apo C- (10 3.4± 16 .4 ) m g/ L ;Apo E(41.2 6± 8.0 4 ) m g/ L。结论 该法结果稳定、可靠 ,可作为 Apo C- 和 Apo

Objective To establish the kinetics nephelometry methods for detecting apolipoprotein CⅢ(ApoCⅢ) and apolipoprotein E(ApoE) by nephelometry.Methods Kinetics nephelometry was used to detect Apoc Ⅲ and ApoE.Results The line range of ApoCⅢ and ApoE were 0～208.0 mg/L and 0～68.0 mg/L respectively,the coefficients of variation within day of ApoC Ⅳ and ApoE were 1.67% and 1.54%,The recovery rate of ApoC Ⅲ was 98.6%～101.7% and ApoE,98.0～102.1% mean value 99.9% and 100.1% respectively.Reference values of ApoC Ⅲ were (107.0±17.3) mg/L for males and (103.4±16.4) mg/L for females,and reference values of ApoE were (38.66±8.24) mg/L for males and (41.26±8.04) mg/L for females.Conclusion The results of this method are stable and reliable,and it is suitable for routine assays.
