苯那普利对老年高血压病伴糖耐量低减作用探讨

Studies of benaxepril in treatment for hypertension with impaired glucose tolerance in the senior

目的 探讨苯那普利对老年高血压病伴糖耐量低减患者的作用。方法 用苯那普利 10～ 30 mg/ d治疗 35例老年高血压病伴糖耐量低减患者 ,连续 8周。分析治疗前后血压、空腹血糖和餐后 2 h血糖的变化。结果 治疗前后相比较 ,治疗后患者的收缩压显著下降 ,P<0 .0 1,舒张压、空腹血糖和餐后 2 h血糖明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 苯那普利在有效降压的同时 ,还能明显改善糖耐量低减患者的空腹血糖及餐后 2

Objective To study the roles of benaxepril for primary hypertension with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)in the senior.Methods Thirty five elderly patients with primary hypertension with IGT were treated with benazepril 10～30 mg/d for 8 weeks.The blood pressure,fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG) were measured before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks treatment with benazepril,the blood pressure(systolic phases)in all the cases was reduced oberviously( P <0.01).The blood pressure(diastolic phases)?FBG and 2 hPG were decreased significantly( P <0.05).Conclusion Benazepril may reduce the blood pressure and decrease the levels of FBG and 2 hPG for hypertensive cases with IGT in the senior as well.
