高职院校素质教育与提高学生就业率刍议

Comment On The Quality Education In High Vocational University And The Increasing Of Employment Rate Of Students

高职院校要全面推进素质教育 ,必须根据社会需求制定最优化的教育方案。这是对素质教育的一个理解。最优化教育方案是否有成效最基本的体现在于学生的就业率。要从政策、制度、教育评价体系、教育观念、创业人才的培养等方面提高学生的能力和素质 ,从而从本质上提高学生的就业率。最后指出素质教育必须有哲学与系统科学的指导才能成功。

The quality education advanced by the high vocational university should,according to the demand of society,have an excellent education programme,the basic effectiveness of which lies in the employment rate of students.We should improve students'ability and quality in the aspects of policy,system,education assessment,education viewpoint and qualified person cultivating in order to increase the employment rate of students.And the success depends on the guiding of philosophy and system science.
