二硫化碳作业男工性功能和精液状态的调查研究

Investigation of the Sexual Function and Semen Quality in Male Workers Exposed to Carbon Disulphide

对接触CS2的平均浓度为35mg/m3的38名已婚纺丝男工性功能调查结果,性欲减退者36.8％,显著高于对照组。对100名纺丝男工精液检查结果,精子形态异常率高者、精子活动率低者、精子数少者和精液液化时间长者分别有64％、48％、37％和17％,均显著高于对照组。表明CS2能损害男工性功能和精液生成。

The investigation of the sexual function carried out among 38 married male spinning workers exposed to carbon disulphide at average concentration of 35mg/m~3 showed that the percentage of sexual hypoesthesia(36.8%) was significantly higher than that of the control group. The semen quality examination of 100 male spinning workers exposed to carbon disulphide at average concentration of 35mg/m~3 revealed that the percentage of high teratospermia, reduced spermatic activity, hypospermia and prolonged liquefaction time of semen were 64%, 48%,37% and 17% respectively and the incidence of these alteration were all significantly higher than those of the control group.These results indicated that the carbon disulphide may cause sexual dysfunctions and impairment of spermatogenesis among male workers exposed to carbon disulphide under above mentioned concentration
