摘要
大量研究证明外环境pH值对发样元素沾污和洗脱有重要影响,但人发本身pH值有何种影响迄今尚不清楚。本文建立一种简易、准确性、再现性好的人发pH值的测定方法。用此方法于1988年和1989年两次共测定131例发样。发现人发pH值在不同性别和年龄间有显著差异。儿童发样1988年20例,pH值X±SD=3.92±0.24;1989年36例,pH值为3.94±0.54。成人女性发样1988年24例,pH值为7.05±0.50;1989年10例,pH值为6.78±0.16。成年男性发样1988年28例,pH值为5.98±0.84;1989年13例,pH值为5.60±0.93。结果表明,儿童与成人(P【0.001)及成人男女之间(P【0.001)发pH值均有非常显著的差异。
Some papers reported that the pH of external environment had great influence on the adsorption and elution of the elements on human hair. But so far, there haven’t any reports on human hair pH and its relation with elemental contents of human hair. The authors established a measurement method of hair pH which was easy to be used and had satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility. 131 cases of hair samples were investigated in 1988 and 1989. The hair pH X±SD in 1988 were:children 3.92±0.24(n=20); adult males 5.98±0.84(28); and adult females 7.05±0.50(24). The results in 1989 showed, children 3.94±0.54 (36); adult males 5.60±+0.93(13); adult females 6.78±0.16(10).Therefore, it could be concluded that human hair pH was significantly different between children and adults(p<0.001), adult males and females(p<0.001).
