石油物探钻机自动调节装置

随着工况和钻机负荷的变化,物探钻机发动机的转速波动很大,而完全靠人工手动控制发动机节气门的开度已不能适应发动机转速大幅度频繁波动的要求,常导致发动机超速运转,磨损严重,耗油增大。针对此问题,本文作者自行研制出了一种石油物探钻机自动调节装置,该装置的实现方案及其各部分电路工作原理在文章中有详细介绍。

Since the running speed of geophysical prospecting drilling rig engine changes very fast under different working condition, throttle valve which completely controlled by manual setting cannot meet these changes again, so the engine often be in the state of over-speed running and severe mechanical wear. A kind of automatic regulation device of drilling rig was developed to solve this problem by author of this paper. The design and working theory have details in this paper.
