摘要
可控震源性能的优劣直接影响到可控震源的各项技术指标。文中从四个方面论述了如何提高KZ-34可控震源的振动性能:①通过优化设计选择合适的振动系统阻尼比来改善扫描起始段的信号质量,降低低频信号的畸变;②提高平板材料的强度,对平板结构受力集中部位进行加强,能够减小平板的振动变形,提高高频信号的质量;③缩短液压油道的长度,改善油液流动的方向及消除压力脉冲,能够提高伺服液压系统的响应速度;④改善车辆隔振效果以利于降低采集背景噪声,提高资料的信噪比。
The advantages and disadvantages of vibrator directly reflected in the various technical specifications. This paper discusses how to improve the vibration performance of KZ-34 vibrator from the following four aspects:①By optimizing the design and selecting suitable damping vibration system,then the quality of initial segment signal will be improved and the distortion of low-frequency signals will be reduced. ②By improvine the strength of plate material,then the deformation vibration of plate is able to be reduced and the high-frequency signals quality is able to be improved. ③By s shortening the length of hydraulic oil Road to enhance the response speed of servo-hydraulic system. ④The improvement of vehicle isolation effect help to reduce the background noise and improve the signal to noise ratio.
