摘要
目前我国正在大力发展溴素生产,但检测控制技术还比较落后。作者在简述制溴的基本原理和工艺流程之后,结合自己的工作经验列举过程控制要点,介绍了检测控制系统的设计方案。其中,串级调节系统的设计、智能调节仪的研制、在线成分分析仪的选择和温度传感器的改进体现了设计方案的先进性和创造性。图3幅。
Bromide production in China is now encouraged to be developed on a large scale, but the measuring and control technology in this field still remain relatively backwardness, compared with those in other industries. Based on personal experience, the writer outlines the process control points and pro- poses design recommendation on measuring and control system in combination with the brief introduction on the production principles and equipment layout. In the article, modern and creative characteristics are shown in design recom- mendation on measuring and control system, particularly in respects of the arrangement for cascade control system, the configuration of intelligent con- troller, careful gelection for on-line gas analyzer and the improvement on thermistors.
