快消企业原材料采购指标评价模型及采购策略 被引量:1

摘要 快消品的特点决定了只能把目光聚集到优化采购降低成本来增加企业利润。本文针对快消企业的原材料特点及现有状况采用DEA对物料两个维度采购指标评价建立Kraljic模型将物料分类,并针对不同类别物料的不同特点分析得出合适的采购策略,帮助企业增加利润。
