摘要
本文在文献研究与解析"知识密度"可操作维度的基础上,提出假设和研究模型。以东莞市169家制造业出口企业的数据为样本,建立结构方程,进行实证研究。研究证实知识密度是一个由相关且独立的三维度——市场信息、接收程度和整合能力——组成的二阶概念。结构方程的路径分析揭示了国际创业导向对知识密度存在直接和正向的影响,知识密度对企业国际市场表现存在显著的正向影响。
Based on a literature review and an analysis of the operational dimensions of knowledge intensity,we develop a set of hypotheses and a research model. Then we develop a structure equation and conduct an empiricalstudy with a sample of 169 manufacturing firms with overseas businesses in Dongguan. Our study confirms thatknow,ledge intensity is a second-order concept consisting of three dimensions: market information,acceptanceleveland integration ability. The SEM path analysis indicates that international entrepreneurial orientation influences directly and positively knowledge intensity and meanwhile knowledge intensity has a strong and positive effect on international performance.
