城际创新联系的尺度差异特征分析:以长三角核心区为例

A study of discriminative characteristics of intercity innovation linkage at different scales: a case study of Yangtze River Delta

城际创新联系是区域创新体系形成和发展的重要途径,其在不同空间尺度上的联系强度和联系方式有所差异。本文从"联系方式、联系尺度、联系范围"三个视角和基于"业缘、地缘、人缘"三种邻近性进行城际创新联系分析,以长三角核心区和区内南京都市圈为不同空间尺度的具体研究对象,构建量化评价指标体系,测算其城际间的创新联系强度的差异,并对典型企业和人群的问卷调查进行验证。研究发现,在全国整体层面,地理邻近性显著影响城际创新联系的强度,相同的区域单元内(长三角、京津冀、珠三角等一日通勤范围)城际联系强于和区域外的城际创新联系;在同一区域单元内部,城际创新联系主要受到基于规模等级的业缘也即技术邻近性的影响;在区域内都市圈内部的城际创新联系中,基于人缘的社会文化邻近性如行政区划要素、校友学术圈等发挥了重要作用,其次是技术邻近性和地理邻近性的作用。

Intercity,innovation linkage,which is of great significance to the formation and development of regional innovation systemdiffers in the connection intensity and pattern at different scales. This paper calculates the difference of intercity connection intensity in the core area of Yangtze River Delta and Nanjing metropolitan circle bysetting an evaluation system and distributing questionnaires. It presents the intercity innovation linkage from theperspectives, of connection pattern,connection dimension,and connection scale and the viewpoints of occupational relationsgeographical relations and popularity relations. It is found that at the national level,geographicalproximity o,bviously affects the intensity of intercity innovation which is stronger inside the unit area(YangtzeRiver DeltaBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and Pearl River Delta)than outside the unit area; inside the same regional,area,intercity innovation linkage is mainly influenced by occupational relations of different scale classificationnamely technology proximity. Besides it is found that at the level of regional metropolitan area,social-cultural proximity such as administrative divisions and alumni/academic circle plays the most important role,followed by technology proximity and geographical proximity.
