本文叙述薄壁压电陶瓷圆管水声发射换能器的设计。对圆管周向和轴向振动两种振动模式进行了讨论。任意频率上发射的声压为两种振动的迭加。探讨了轴向振动转换为径向振动的等效电路参数。在此基础上计算出两种模式的相对声压频率特性,列出了附表,可以作为设计圆管形发射换能器的参考。并介绍了实例。
This paper describes the design of underwater sound projector using thinwalled piezoelectric ceramic ring. The circumferential-direction vibration mode and axial vibration mode of the ceramic ring are discussed. The sound pressure projected by the ring at any frequency is the superposition of the above two vibration modes. The equivalent circuit parameters of the axial vibration mode transformed into the radial vibration mode of the ring are discussed. On this basis, the normalized pressure-frequency response of the above two vibration modes is calculated. The tabulated values can be used for reference in designing the cylindrical underwater sound projectors.
