摘要
在对系统动力学和离散的基于代理建模的优、缺点进行分析的基础上,针对供应链模型的可用性和应用性的要求,将2种方法有机地组合起来,研究了供应链的集成建模方法.基于此方法,实现了一个简单供应链原型和代理内部结构,分析了订单履行策略和吸引力衰减时间对供应链结构的影响.最后将供应链集成建模方法拓展用于供应链配送能力计划决策研究,结果表明,该方法对于进一步研究供应链的突现结构和行为是十分有效的,可以显著减少模型的先验复杂性.
The entire structure modeling in supply chains is mainly discussed.Based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of system dynamics and agent based modeling,aiming at the demand of the availability and applicability of supply chain modeling,the above two methods are combined together and an integrated approach for modeling supply chain is presented.And then a simple supply chain prototype and its agents' internal structures by using the proposed approach are implemented and the effects of order fulfillment strategies and attractiveness decay time on the structure of the supply chain are subsequently analyzed.At last,the integrated method is used to study the distribution capacity planning.The results reveal that the integrated method is rather effective to deal with the emergent structures and behaviors in supply chains,which markedly reduce the a-priori complexity of the supply chain model.
