An Overview of the Academic Symposium on “Theory and Practice of Inner-Party Laws and Regulations Construction in the New Era”

理论是实践的先导,新的实践呼唤新的理论。2018年9月8日,由中国法学会党内法规研究中心和武汉大学党内法规研究中心共同主办的'新时代党内法规建设的理论与实践'学术研讨会暨首届全国党内法规研究机构建设论坛在武汉隆重召开。本次会议聚焦新时代党内法规理论研究与机构建设的前沿课题,与会人员就党内法规基础理论、党内法规制度体系建设、党内法规与国家法律的关系等重大议题进行了激烈的观念碰撞和思想交锋,增进了相互的了解,对于发展和推动我国党内法规的理论和实践意义重大。

Theory is the forerunner of practice,and new practice calls for new theory.The academic symposium on'theory and practice of inner-Party laws and regulations construction in the new era'&the 1 st national inner-Party laws and regulations research institutes construction forum,which was co-sponsored by China Law Society Institution of Inner-Party Laws and Regulations and Wuhan University Institution of Inner-Party Laws and Regulations,was held in Wuhan on September 8,2018.This conference focused on the frontier subjects of theoretical research and institution construction in the new era.The participants have lively discussed the major issues,which are of great significance for the development of the theory and practice of inner-Party laws and regulations,such as the basic theory of inner-Party laws and regulations,the construction of inner-Party laws and regulations system,and the relationship between Party regulations and national laws.
