摘要
本文阐述了在"低碳语境"下,中国城市发展模式转型的必然性。提出中国城市发展不应局限于泛政治化的低碳语境和西方发展范式,而应该从系统、宏观战略层面思考我国的城市发展模式,并选择切合中国国情的行动策略。
This article analyses the necessity of transformation of urban development model in the context of low-carbon in China.Instead of be confined to the politicalization of low-carbon and developmental paradigm of west,Urban development model in China should be deliberated systematically and strategically and choose the strategies for China' s national conditions.
