摘要
本文从单体建筑的可持续设计出发,将这样的可持续与低碳理念推广到城市尺度的控制性规划,进而对建筑环境低碳理念的发展进行探讨。本文经过大量研究,以及对欧洲网络规划与设计顾问进行的咨询,并通过实例调研,从而得到如何在未来实现建筑环境可持续与低碳目标的概念方法。
The paper explores the development of a low carbon agenda for the built environment beginning with the sustainable design of individual buildings and expanding on these concepts to the sustainable and low carbon approach to urban scale and eco-city master planning.The paper draws from research,European networking activities and planning and design consultancies,using case study examples and developing concepts of how to achieve a low carbon sustainable future for the built environment.
