摘要
本文从法规文件、评价机构、评价程序与专家、标识项目数量等4个方面概述了我国的绿色建筑评价工作,重点对2008～2010年3年间的113个绿色建筑标识项目进行了统计,分析了这些项目在年度、种类、星级、城市和地区等方面的分布特点。此外,基于中国城市科学研究会绿色建筑研究中心所作评价工作,进一步从建筑面积和功用、开发建设单位和咨询单位、项目增量成本等3个方面对57个绿色建筑标识项目开展了统计分析。最后,总结了我国绿色建筑标识项目的现状特点,并对其中的相关问题提出了思考。
This paper first reviews the green building assessment work from the aspects of laws and regulations,assessment organizations,assessment process and experts,and the amount of projects.Then it places emphasis on the statistical analysis on the distribution features of 113 GBL projects in the last three years(2008～2010) in terms of annual amount,label type,star level,city and area,etc.Based on the 57 GBL projects from CSUS-GBRC,the paper further analyzes their floor area and function,developers and consultants,and incremental cost.At last,it summarizes the current condition and general feature of GBL projects in China,and proposes discussions on several related issues.
