摘要
本文介绍了环保部环境国际公约履约大楼在绿色建筑实践中的设计理念及其所应用的相关技术。该项目是中、意两国环境管理部门、设计师旨在践行"绿色、低碳"可持续设计的有益尝试。设计建设过程中因地制宜,被动优先,并综合运用了多种适合北京地区办公建筑的绿色建筑策略与适宜高新技术,不仅实现了建筑节地、节能、节水、节材的目标,同时营造了一个舒适高效的办公空间。
The design idea and relevant techniques concerning green building practice utilized by Sino-Italian Environmental Conventions Building is introduced in this paper,which is aimed to achieve a' green,low-carbon emission' sustainable building.During the design and construction period,strategies like' climate-oriented,passive design first' and proper innovative and high technologies are adopted to realize the objectives of land saving,energy efficiency,water conservation,material saving,etc.Moreover,the building provides a pleasant and efficient office space.
