摘要
新加坡在水资源管理方面的成就深受国际社会的认可,在2006年新加坡公用事业局推出了"活跃、美丽、洁净"全民共享水源计划,掀开了新加坡水资源管理的新篇章。本文简要介绍了此计划的内容和意义,以及其核心设计方法——水优化城市设计,并以盛港浮动湿地和罗弄哈鲁士湿地两个具体项目为例,展示了新加坡如何通过这些示范性项目正逐渐从"花园城市"向"花园与水的城市"转变。
Singapore is well recognized for its achievement on water resource management.In 2006,PUB,Singapore' s national water agency launched the Active,Beautiful,Clean(ABC) Waters Programme,which means an exciting new chapter of sustainable design in Singapore.Central to ABC Waters is the concept of Water Sensitive Urban Design.This paper provides a brief insight into ABC Waters Programme.Two projects,Sengkang Floating Wetland and Lorong Halus Wetland,are introduced to show how the new ABC design guidelines are implemented in Singapore' s context.
