低碳生态城绿地控制性规划研究与实践——以常州武进低碳小镇绿地控制性规划为例

THE RESEARCH AND PRACTICE ABOUT REGULATORY PLAN OF GREEN SPACE OF LOW-CARBON ECO-CITY:A CASE STUDY OF REGULATORY PLANNING OF GREEN SPACE OF WUJIN TOWN,CHANGZHOU CITY

以常州武进低碳小镇为例,通过"建构框架体系、择取核心指标、实施建设策略"3个环节,对应建立绿地控制引导体系、确定绿地控制性指标、提出绿地控制性建设策略对低碳生态城指标体系进行建构。为全球气候变化背景下城市的可持续发展与建设提供参考。

This article takes low-carbon town of Changzhou Wujin as an example,through a pattern of' building framework system,extracting core index and implementing strategi e s ' in this paper,which corresponds establishing framework system of controlled planning of green space,identifying control index and proposing measures of controlled planning of green space of lo w-carbon eco-city,and provides reference for urban sustainable development an d construction under the background of global climate change.
