摘要
本文介绍了被动式建筑设计技术在广州某住宅小区的应用,分析了被动式建筑设计技术的应用对建筑物理与节能性能的影响,探讨了在现有的建筑规划设计模式之下,被动式建筑设计理念与技术的应用方法,提出通过与建筑居住舒适度相关的建筑物理性能标识来促进被动式建筑设计技术的应用和普及。
This paper introduced the application of passive building design technology in a residential community located in Guangzhou.The effects of passive design on the building's thermal performance are analyzed.This paper also discussed the application methods of passive design under the popular planning and design mode.Thermal performance symbolization may be a good solution for the promotion of passive design methods and technologies.
