摘要
作为中科院技术科学部的咨询报告,本文首先阐明了推行绿色建筑,促进节能减排,改善人居环境的重要意义,分析了推行绿色建筑的要点以及我国绿色建筑事业现状与存在的问题,最后提出了中国推行绿色建筑的若干建议与措施。
As an advisory report of Chinese Academy of Sciences this paper illustrates the importance of advancing green buildings for promoting energy saving and CO2 emission reduction as well as for improving the quality of human inhabitation environment. The main contents in spreading green buildings are then introduced. The situation and some problems in pursuing green buildings in China are pointed out. Lastly some suggestions for further promoti n g green building movement in China are also given.
