基于城市背景的绿色建筑发展理念研究

STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF GREEN BUILDING IN CITY BACKGROUND

随着气候变化问题日益突出,世界范围内的节能减排压力逐步增大,大力发展绿色建筑已经成为当今世界各国城市发展的当务之急。本文从绿色建筑产生的背景和发展现状入手,提出目前绿色建筑发展存在的问题,分析预测绿色建筑未来的发展趋势。在对基于城市背景发展绿色建筑的必要性进行论述后,提出相应的绿色建筑内涵。最后,从实施路径、标准体系、法律法规体系、政策体系、管理体系、产业平台建设等方面提出一套绿色建筑的实施方法和保障体系。

Along with the gradually prominent problem of climate change and the increased pressure from energy saving and emission reduction, the development of green building has become an urgent task for urban development in the world. Based on the background and current situation of green building development, this paper points out the problems existing in the development of green building and analyzes and forecasts the future trends of green building. After the discussion on the necessity of green building on the basis of its background, the paper proposes the connotation of green building, and puts forward a set of implementation methods and guarantee system for the green building in terms of implementation path, standard system, legal system, policy system, management system, industrial platform construction, etc.
