本文以苏州工业园区星海街9号厂房改造工程为例,探索了在旧工业厂房建筑改造中,如何运用被动优先的节能技术,结合当地气候、文化等特点,将生态、节能、经济性融入本土化绿色建筑设计的过程。

This article takes the factory reconstruction project of No.9 Xinhai Street(SIP) as an example, hoping to find a way of using passive priority energy saving methods to well combine the ecological, energy saving and economical elements with the local green architecture during the whole design process, while considering the local climate and cultural background at the same time.
