摘要
本文以杭州地区保障性住房项目的绿色试点工程为例,通过对《杭州市保障性住房绿色建筑技术规定》编制过程的总结,从保障性住房的设计、施工、运营管理等方面,探讨了绿色建筑技术在保障性住房建设中地域性应用的问题,提出了适宜于杭州市保障性住房建设的绿色技术的选取原则。
Taking the green pilot projects in Hangzhou as an example, this paper ,explores the regional application of green technologies in indemnificatory housing in terms of design, construction, operation,and management by analyzing the compiling process of Provision on Hangzhou Indemnificatory Housing Green Building Techniques.and puts forward the select principle of green technologies of indemnificatory housing construction in Hangzhou.
