摘要
北京旧城历史文化片区的保护与更新,一直是北京城市发展的焦点问题。如何在保护历史风貌的同时,实现传统建筑的生态改造和功能更新,提高其环保节能效果,已经成为旧城改造和生态建筑研究中新的关注点,对降低旧城能源消耗,提高室内外空气质量和环境品质具有重要意义。本文以地道风技术为切入点,结合北京传统四合院生态化改造的设计实践,探讨历史建筑生态改造与更新的技术思路和方法;充分考虑场地条件的局限性,根据风量估算深入论证地道风技术的应用可行性,调整并确定合理的地道布局规划。在此基础上,总结出地道风技术与其他生态技术措施相结合,在传统四合院生态改造与更新中应用的实施方案,为改善北京历史保护区环境与品质提供技术和案例支持。
The protection and renovation of Beijing Old City has been a focus of the city's urban development. Therefore, how to improve its environmental energy-saving effect while protecting the traditional architecture features has become the new eco-building research focus. It's very important to reduce the energy consumption and improve the indoor and outdoor environmental air quality in the old city. This paper describes an ecological design practice of traditional Beijing courtyard. In this project, the underground tunnel wind technology is used as the starting point and combined with the ecological reconstruction and other technical ideas and methods. Considering the limitations of local conditions, the underground tunnel wind technology is adopted to determine the reasonable adjustments and authentic layout planning. Based on this project, the wind tunnel technology, combined with other eco-technologies, is summed up to provide a technical and case support for the eco-renovation and update the implementation plan for the improvement of environment and quality in Beijing's historic area.
