新能源网上的绿色微能耗建筑——新奥研发中心大厦设计探讨

GREEN AND LOW-ENERGY BUILDING BASED ON NEW ENERGY NETWORK:DISCUSSION ON THE DESIGN OF ENN RESEARCH CHNTER

本文介绍了新奥研发中心大厦项目中应用的绿色微能耗建筑设计原则,并针对各个设计分别介绍了本项目应用的绿色建筑理念和技术。经计算,本项目的能耗相对于现行国家标准(50%节能建筑)节能97.3%,达到了绿色微能耗的设计目标。通过对本项目的介绍,探讨绿色微能耗建筑的设计方法。

This paper introduces the design principles and the green building concepts and technologies which were applied in the ENN Research Center.The energy consumption of this project is reduced by 97.3% than the conventional energy saving building.This paper also discusses the design methods for green and low-energy building.
