摘要
为解决住宅短命问题及实现住宅工业化,我国开始研究SI住宅理论与方法,但是我国SI住宅体系实践中采用的依然是建筑装修一体化模式,住宅的开放性优势得不到体现,住户参与SI住宅设计的愿望暂时还无法实现,主要原因是缺少一个住户参与住宅设计的有效平台。BIM技术为实现住户参与住宅设计提供了可能,本文研究探讨以BIM为技术平台实现SI住宅体系的住户参与设计。
In our country, we start to research SI house to resolve the short-lived house problem and realize the house industrialization. But the practice of SI house in our country still use integrated model of residential building and decorating, the open superiority of SI house cannot be reflect, and the desire of user participation design for SI house cannot be realized by now. The main reason is lack a platform for user participation. BIM provide a possible to realize the user participation design. In this paper, we will discuss how to realize user participation design for SI House based on BIM technology platform.
