历史建筑的可持续发展——杭州“王庄”改建中的保护与价值提升

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS: PROTECTION AND VALUE PROMOTION AMID THE RECONSTRUCTION OF WANGZHUANG,HANGZHOU

历史建筑保护与价值提升往往取决于改善的力度和强度,但两者在许多方面是有矛盾的,如何平衡两者关系,使之相得益彰,是摆在历史建筑建设面前的课题。本文以杭州"王庄"保护性修缮为例,研究历史建筑保护过程中室内建筑适度更新的可能性和必要性,提出合理改建历史建筑,提升经济价值的策略,以期为当下的历史建筑改建提供一种观点与思路。

The protection and value promotion of historic buildings always depend on the force and intensity of reconstruction, but there are contradictions between protection and value promotion. How to balance their relationship so that they can complement and benefit each other is a topic that the historic buildings are faced with. Taking the reconstruction of Wangzhuang as an example, this paper studies the possibility and necessity of moderate renovation of interior architecture amid the protection of historic buildings and proposes the strategy for the reconstruction and value promotion, with the hope of providing some thoughts for the reconstruction of historic buildings nowadays.
