摘要
论文通过对北京市典型功能区的低碳生态特点进行针对性研究,将低碳生态规划设计普适性指标与功能区的具体实践相结合,分析其适用性,通过科学的论证与必要的补充,形成针对不同功能区特点的低碳生态详细规划设计指标体系.确保据此展开的城市规划设计与管理,可以有效引导北京城市建设.实现低碳发展的既定目标。
Through the study on the characteristics of different typical functional areas of Beijing,the paper integrates the general indicators of lowcarbon ecological planning with the specific practices of different functional areas and analyzes their applicability.Based on the scientific argumentation and necessary supplement,the design indicator system that aims at the feature of different functional areas is set up.The urban planning and design and management conducted on such a basis can facilitate the realization of low-carbon development in the urban construction of Beijing.
