生态型控规中的能源系统整合规划研究——以苏州独墅湖科教园区生态型控规为例 被引量:2

摘要 传统的电力、供热和燃气分项能源设施规划对于国家的能耗和碳排放控制显得越来越力不从心,基于整合的生态型控规能源系统规划将从节能和减少碳排放的角度,通过能源需求和供应的合理规划,将新能源等能源设施纳入基础设施规划中,对其进行图则控制和效益核算,不仅能将宏观目标转化为控制措施,而且将与传统能源设施一起构筑更加生态的能源规划系统,促进城市规划相关领域的创新发展。 The control of traditional energy facility planning of electric power,heating,and gas on energy consumption and carbon emission becomes more difficult.Aiming at energy saving and carbon emission reduction,and through rational planning of energy demand and supply,the ecological regulatory detailed planning integrates new energy facilities into the infrastructure planning and conducts plan control and benefit calculation,which can not only transform macro objectives to control measures,but also build a more ecological energy planning system with the traditional energy facilities, so as to promote the innovation and development of related fields of urban planning.
