摘要
近年,柏林涌现了大量城市生态项目实践。其中"城市生态示范项目"作为由政府支持的一项行动计划,实行多年以来,形成了一套较完整的项目运行机制。每个项目从设立生态目标的规划改造方案开始,到生态技术在改造方案中的落实,最后到完成项目运行后的评估与监测,在生态项目的操作性与完整性方面,该计划提供了可供借鉴的行动框架与大量的实践案例。
In recent years,a lot of urban ecological projects appear in Berlin.As a typical program supported by the senate department,'Urban Ecological Demonstration Project' has been implemented for a few decades and formed a relatively complete operation mechanism.From making the planning and renovation scheme with ecological goals,to the application of ecological techniques in renovation,and to the evaluation and monitoring of the projects after their completion,these projects provide a meaningful framework and quite a lot of practices in terms of the operability and completeness of ecological projects.
