摘要
随着人们对可持续发展概念认识的不断深入,节能、绿色、环保的理念已逐渐被更多的人接受,但伴随着我国现代化建设步伐的加快,资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏等问题日益凸显。而中央商务区(CBD)作为各城市经济发展与规划建设的风向标,如何在满足常规办公需求的同时,维持良好的生态环境、实现高效的能源利用水平,进而打造快乐工作、健康生活的绿色CBD模式,已成为社会各界关注的热点问题。本文从武汉王家墩绿色CBD规划建设出发,以政策体系、标准体系、技术指标体系、发展模式为主线,深入剖析打造绿色CBD的思路和方法,力争为我国其他地区绿色CBD的建设提供依据和借鉴。
Along with people's deepening understanding on sustainable development,such concepts as energy saving,green building,and environmental protection have been gradually accepted.However,the problems such as resource shortage,environmental pollution,and ecological deterioration are becoming increasingly prominent amid the rapid urbanization of China.The Central Business District(CBD) planning and construction are always regarded as the bellwether of a city's economic development,so it has become a hot topic on how to meet the needs of conventional office work,and at the same time,to maintain an ecological environment,achieve efficient energy utilization,and then establish a green CBC mode featured by happy work and healthy life.Focusing on Wuhan Wangjiadun CBD planning and construction,this paper elaborates the green CBD's policy system,standard system,technical index system,and the development mode,in the hope of providing foundations and references for the construction of green CBD in other regions.
