摘要
城市增长边界划定研究,对城市建设与发展具有重要的指导意义。基于生态安全格局,提出了城市空间增长的刚性边界划分方法 ;基于传统的"正向规划"方法,通过城市空间扩张模拟和土地建设适宜性评价等,提出了城市空间增长的弹性边界方法。进而对河南省舞钢市城市空间增长边界进行了划分研究,提出舞钢市城市空间增长的刚性边界与弹性边界,明确了今后必须进行保护的城市建设底线,以期为舞钢市的城市空间发展与规划建设提供科学参考,达到引导其向更加良性的方向发展的目的。
The study on urban growth boundary demarcation has a great significance on urban construction and development.This paper puts forward the demarcation method of rigid boundary for urban space growth on the base of ecological security pattern,and also gives out the demarcation method of elastic boundary which is based on the traditional'top-down planning'through the simulation of urban space expansion,the assessment on land construction suitability,etc.Through a study on the demarcation of the urban growth boundary of Wugang City,Henan Province,the paper proposes the rigid and elastic boundaries for Wugang's urban space growth,and specifies the bottom line of the future urban construction which must be protected.The paper expects to provide scientific references for Wugang's urban space expansion and urban planning,thus guiding its development towards a better direction.
