围护体系技术策略在绿色建筑实践中的应用及其存在问题

APPLICATION AND PROBLEMS OF TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIES OF BUILDING ENVELOP IN GREEN BUILDING PRACTICES

摘要 本文针对围护结构的4种新兴绿色建筑技术策略,展开对一座以零能耗为设计目标的独立式小住宅在实际建造中的探讨,其中包括建筑外墙保温材料HIP-超薄真空绝热保温板、4层双真空单中空内置百叶玻璃门窗、太阳能薄膜光电板在建筑立面上的应用以及C型套柱结构及其保温构造。本文旨在讨论4项针对围护结构的绿色建筑技术策略在建筑设计、实践过程和使用过程中的优势和遇到的问题,希望通过对实际经验客观的总结,作为今后的建筑设计的参考,以便更多更好的绿色建筑在利用可持续建筑技术策略时扬长避短。 In the light of the four newly developed green technology strategies for building envelop,the author analyzed the construction practices of small detached house targeting at zero energy building.The technology strategies include HIP-super-thin vacuum insulation panels of building envelop,four-layer built-in shutters as glazing opening with double vacuum and single hollow,solar thin-film photovoltaic panels applied in the building south fagade and C-type column structure and its insulation method.The author focuses on the advantages and problems of these four green technology strategies for building envelop during the whole process of building design,construction and utilization.It also objectively summarizes the practical experience and hopes to provide references for future architectural design so that the strengths of sustainable building technology strategies can be fostered but its weaknesses avoided during the application of the technology strategies for more and better ecotope-friendly buildings.
