摘要
低碳生态城区成为目前国家力推的城市建设目标,本文结合国内低碳生态城市从理想到实践的发展历程,对低碳生态详细规划的定义及作用进行了相关阐述,重点对其可适性的实施策略结合实际案例进行了深入剖析,期望对现有的生态城区建设给予借鉴与启示。
Currently the eco-city area of low carbon development has become the nationally advocated city developing goal of China. Combined with the development from ideal to practice of low carbon and eco-city of China, the definition and function of the detailed plan of low carbon ecology were expounded, and the adaptive strategy of the plan deeply analyzed with practical cases in order to give inspiring and learning to current construction of eco-cities.
