旧饭野大厦面向东京日比谷公园和官厅街。该建筑的重建计划以建造与周边环境和谐的"再过100年仍然为人所爱的大厦"为宗旨,保障业务的连续性①并引入最先进的绿色建筑技术。作为大规模的出租型办公楼,与自用型办公楼相比,饭野大厦节能目标实现的难度很大,但经过努力使其成为首个CO2减排量达到了50%的该类项目。
The project to rebuild the IINO Building which faces Hibiya Park and Kokkai Ave. Features cutting-edge environmental performance technologies. The main concept behind the rebuilding of the IINO Building is to 'create a building that will be admired for the next 100 years', ensure the business continuity, pass on the essence of the former IINO Building, and harmonize it with its surroundings. As a rental office building, the energysaving target is rather difficult to be achieved compared with the self-use ones. Owing to the environmental technologies, the new building has become the first large-scale rental office building to achieve a 50% CO2 emission reduction.
