BACK TO NATURE:NAKED STABLES PRIVATE RESERVE, MOGAN MOUNTAIN, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

裸心·谷以回归自然为理念,坚持可持续发展策略,探寻创新技术与乡村资源的有机结合,是中国首个获得国际LEED铂金级认证的生态度假村。度假村内的30套树顶别墅在国内率先使用先进的预制结构隔热板;40栋夯土小屋采用了当地的自然夯土,运用现代隔热夯土墙体建造而成。该项目整体节能和节水分别达到35%和32%。

Focusing on the idea of back to nature and the strategy of sustainable development, the Naked Stables Private Reserve, as the first ecoresort in China to achieve LEED Platinum Certification, is the organic combination of innovative technologies and rural resources. The construction of 30 tree top villas uses the prefabricated SIP(structural insulated panels), an innovative construction technology that is first used in China. The Earth Huts and clubhouse are built with modern rammed earth walls using compressed mud from the local area. This project has achieved energy- and watersaving rates of up to 35% and 32% respectively.
