绿色建筑中的节材优化设计

OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF MATERIAL SAVING IN GREEN BUILDING

新修编的《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2014)中增加了关于节材优化设计的条文,但并未给出编写优化设计报告的具体要求。文章根据建筑材料的碳排放量分析,提出节材优化设计的原则。同时,提出优化设计报告的框架建议,以便于论证报告的编写。此外,还给出了常见工程中进行优化设计的比选方案。在编写和评价节材优化设计论证报告方面,供相关工程师及绿色建筑评价人员参考。

Contents about optimization design of material saving have been added to the newly revised Evaluation standard for Green Building(GB/T 50378), but there are no detailed requirements for writing the report of optimization design. This paper proposes the principles of the optimization design of material saving according to carbon emissions of building materials, and also puts forward the suggestions for preparing the verification report of optimization design. The optimization design schemes for common construction projects are also given. This paper can be used as a reference for related engineers and green building evaluators to prepare and evaluate the verification report of optimization design.
