摘要
住区声环境是影响居住者居住舒适度的重要考量标准之一。噪声防治不能只是在房屋建成后通过各种技术隔声墙或者多层密闭窗进行补救,而是要通过有效的住区声环境优化措施,从建筑设计源头上控制噪声对住区的影响。文章通过大量案例分析与调查数据整理,并结合住区方案设计进程,从住区规划、住宅平面及住宅立面3个环节提出住区声环境优化措施,供建筑从业人员加以选择和使用。
Residential coziness is influenced by the surrounding acoustic environment, which is one of the most important standards for the amenity. It is not enough to depend only on the technical sound-proof walls or multilayer impenetrable windows after construction to solve the issues of acoustic environment, but by taking effective acoustic environment optimization measures to minimize the impact on the residential area from the very start of architectural design. Through a large number of case studies and research data collection, in combination with the schedule of residential scheme design, this article puts forward the residential acoustic environment optimization measures from the aspects of residential area planning, residential floor plan, and residential facade design for the selection and utilization of architectural practitioners.
