摘要
本文在对中新天津生态城现阶段已设计和已建成的多个绿色建筑进行大量调查的基础上,首先介绍生态城绿色建筑增量成本的界定原则,其次分别从节地、节水、节材、节能、环保等方面对生态城绿色建筑增量成本现状进行统计分析,再次介绍了生态城增量成本回收的情况,最后与国内其他地区的绿色建筑增量成本进行比较分析。
It is based on a large amount of investigation to the Tianjin Eco-city present green building and green building construction drawing. First of all, it introduces the eco-city green building incremental cost definition principle. Secondly, it makes a statistic analysis on the present situation of eco-city green building incremental cost from land, water saving, material saving, energy saving, environmental protection and other aspects. Thirdly, it introduces the eco-city incremental cost recovery. Finally, it compares eco-city green building incremental cost with green building incremental cost in other parts of the country.
