生态校园评价因子的使用者权重研究

RESEARCH ON THE USER WEIGHTING PATTERN IN THE EVALUATION FACTORS OF ECOLOGICAL CAMPUS

本文就校园建设的生态需求,归纳出国内外生态校园评估体系的94个评价因子,以此作为研究基础,以调查问卷的方式,对深圳大学校园使用者进行调查研究,使用模糊德尔菲法对调查结果进行分析,并参照现有生态校园的国家标准条例进行对比,归纳出深圳大学学生群体对生态校园的关注点与国家标准现有内容的差异。从使用者的角度,突显出提高环境物理品质、对设计过程及运营管理进行控制等问题的迫切性,其发现的问题可以作为对现有相关评价系统的修正和补充。

Based on domestic and international ecological campus evaluation systems, the research summarizes the 94 evaluation factors which consequently compose the questionnaire for the user opinion survey in Shenzhen University. Using the Fuzzy Delphi Method, this research analyzes the survey results and ranks the factors in 3 levels according to the users' opinions. Then the research compares the 'important factors' and 'irrelevant factors' with the factors involved in the current national green campus standards. In this way, some obvious differences between the major concern of the national standards and that of the campus users are found out, which indicates the possibilities for making improvement to the related evaluation systems.
