摘要
生态网络作为生物保护和景观规划领域的重要概念,近年与区域规划、城市规划、土地利用规划等结合日趋紧密。从保障城市生态系统服务和可持续发展的意义出发,应整体看待生态网络规划的空间连接与合作管理的双重维度。其意义在于,一方面建立完整的空间结构,维护多方面生态服务功能,包括生物多样性和生境系统保护、流域水循环过程修复与水环境治理、地方食物自给与生产性景观保存、自然文化遗产保护及地方休闲游憩系统构建等;另一方面有助于在科学研究和社会公共政策之间建立联系,为不同利益方搭建合作管理机制和平台。
Ecological network has been seen a key concept in biodiversity conservation and landscape planning in recent decades, and has increasingly been combined with regional and urban land use planning. From the significance to guarantee city eco-system service and sustainability, two dimensions of eco-network planning should be considered. The first dimension focus on the integrated spatial network to maintain multiple ecosystem services, including biodiversity and habitat system conservation, water cycle process and water ecology restoration in watershed, local food supply and productive landscape maintenance, natural and cultural heritage protection and regional recreational system establishment. The second dimension is to establish the collaborative linkage between scientific researches with public policies among different nature reserves and land uses which would offer an administrative platform and mechanism for diverse stakeholders.
