场地的可持续性可以通过生态系统服务的效益加以量化,实现可持续性场地设计的目标意味着风景园林设计的过程需要紧密结合场地可持续性评估,从而对场地的生态系统服务能力加以认知和保护。这种需求要求设计工具能够对场地进行充分数字化表达,综合多源数据类型,表述动态模型;实现多专业协同,知识资源共享和全生命周期管理。以BIM技术的发展为参照,结合已有的风景园林信息模型技术探索,可以预见,面向可持续性场地设计的风景园林信息模型能够具备信息模型的基本功能,并与场地可持续性评估体系结合,形成具有风景园林专业特点的信息模型,推动风景园林技术的发展。
It is possible to assess the sustainability of a site quantitatively by evaluating the benefits of the ecosystem services. Sustainable Sites Design requires that the assessment of the sustainability be integrated in the process of landscape architectural design, so that the ecosystem services can be identified and protected. Such requirement cannot be fulfilled unless the design tools adequately represents the sites by digital means; integrates the various types of data sources to describe dynamic models; coordinates different professions; shares knowledge resources and manages the subjects in life cycle. According to the existing studies of Landscape Information Model(LIM) and taking the development of BIM as references, there is the prospect that the LIM oriented to sustainable sites design will not only fulfill the above-mentioned general functions as information model, but also combine with the assessment system of site sustainability, which is a landscape architectural character. It is expected that the LIM oriented to sustainable sites design will improve the development of landscape technology.
