中国被动式超低能耗建筑能耗指标研究

RESEARCH ON PERFORMANCE CRITERIA OF PASSIVE AND ULTRALOW-ENERGY BUILDING IN CHINA

被动式超低能耗建筑越来越受到各国政府的关注。本文对国际上现有被动式超低能耗建筑标准体系进行研究和梳理,明确我国应根据自身国情,充分考虑气候特点、居民生活习惯、建筑特点和能耗情况,制定被动式超低能耗建筑指标体系。在研究的基础上初步建立了我国被动式超低能耗建筑指标体系,指明先北方后南方、先居住建筑后公共建筑的推广方向,提出了分级认证的理念。为我国被动式超低能耗建筑的健康发展奠定了理论和技术基础。

Governments all over the world pay more and more attention to the passive and ultra-low-energy building. This article summarizes the existing passive and ultra-low-energy building standards and points out that China should make its own passive ultra-low-energy building performance criteria based on its special national conditions, such as climatic characteristics, residents' living habits, building characteristics and energy consumption situation. Based on that, the passive and ultra-low-energy building performance criteria has been initiatively developed in China, specifying the sequence of popularizing the passive and ultra-low-energy building from northern to southern China, and from residential buildings to public buildings, and an idea of graded certification. The paper lays a theoretical and technical foundation for the development of the passive and ultra-low-energy building in China.
