被动式房屋因其拥有高舒适性、极低的能耗和更长久的使用寿命被人们认知。它已经成为一些国家节能减排的主要手段。它不仅可以极大降低我国建筑能耗,而且可以解决南方的供暖问题和极大提升室内环境。我国已经开始在各地开展被动式房屋建设。被动式房屋是人类得到永续发展的必经之路。
Passive house is recognized by more and more people because of its comfort, low-energy consumption and durability. It has become a very important measure to reduce CO2 emission in some countries. As it can reduce energy consumption, solve the heating issue in southern China and improve the indoor environment, China has begun to construct pilot passive housing projects in different climate zones. In a word, passive house is an inevitable way to a sustainable development.
